I came into real estate through the valuation side of the business. Since 2012 I've worked both sides of it — as a New Jersey Certified Residential Appraiser running my own firm, AMR Appraisal Company, and as a licensed real estate agent. That means I've spent more than a decade being paid to be objective about what a property is actually worth.
